Radisson Blu Hotel, London South Kensington

As foreign tourists, we were impressed with the helpful and friendly staff, especially the duty manager Eric. The hotel provided a suitable room for reduced mobility and ensured my mother's comfort. The location was perfect, close to the tube and with good links to most lines. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the room upgrade and chocolates. Cecille and Hnin in the breakfast room were also great.

The hotel offered a nice Christmas atmosphere with festive decorations and a cozy ambiance. The location was fantastic, with easy access to popular attractions and the city center. Excellent location for exploring museums and Hyde park. Beautiful mix of traditional and contemporary styling with luxurious feel. Room was comfortable with great shower and nice amenities. This hotel has an unbeatable location, just a few steps away from the bus stop and a stone's throw away from the tube station on the Piccadilly subway line. The room was spacious and immaculate, the bathroom was filled with quality toiletries, and the view was simply stunning. The service was spot on; the staff were polite, friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy atmosphere. We loved the small details like the welcome card and cake in our room. All in all, a great place to stay.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met. The location was ideal for exploring the city's attractions and had a charming old-school vibe. On the positive side, the hotel's location was fantastic. It was not far from the underground, right by Gloucester Road tube station which had direct access to the Piccadilly Line, making it easy to get to most major places in the city. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants in the area, and the hotel's lobby and public areas were quite attractive with comfortable sitting areas.

The hotel room I stayed in was quite small and noisy, located right next to a busy lift and with a lot of road noise from outside. It was not the most relaxing stay.

The hotel also offered a fabulous breakfast with a variety of options. The highlight of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff were really good to ensure I had a great experience. I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt for a short break and it exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room amenities were excellent, including a fridge, nespresso machine, and good hair dryer. The location was perfect, with the Glouster Rd tube just across the road. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's online app, Edward, which allowed me to easily request more milk and get information about nearby cinemas. a fantastic stay.

The staff, location, breakfast, and decor were all highlights of our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient for both shops and train stations, the breakfast had a good choice and was of excellent quality, and the hotel itself was cute, quirky.

Great location, walking distance to museums and restaurants. The room was not ready upon check-in but they upgraded us to a double room. Although it was a bit noisy being on the first floor, it was fairly clean.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, great location, spacious room, comfy bed.
